ParticipantHi there!
I’m a little lost with launching cues via midi.
I’ve assigned two buttons on my controller for launching previous/next cue, sadly it won’t do anything.
I’ve also tried assigning program change numbers to cues. Trigger via midi enabled, when it asks for midi input it recognizes the program change i send, but after assigning it simply won’t do anything…
Any ideas where I am messing up?

KeymasterHi
Strange, are you on the very latest version?
The next buttons need the list to be armed.
I’ll try to reproduce the problem.May 28, 2016 at 13:32 #4160no_user no_user
ParticipantOK, so I found the missing link, the cogwheel setting for controller messages in the bottom right.
This however came with two discoveries:
1. If you set the midi controller for triggers after you have program changes assigned for cues only the ones after the assignment will work. This should be changed I think.
2. The fire next/previous cue buttons still won’t functionOne thing that is also a bit bothersome is that it’s hard to see which cue is active (was fired last) because it only flashes blue for a second. It should stay lit. Furthermore firing two cues after another continuously won’t trigger the blue highlighting all the time. It’s pretty random. I’ll look into this later

What kind of messages are you using for the controller?quote :One thing that is also a bit bothersome is that it’s hard to see which cue is active (was fired last) because it only flashes blue for a second.hmm, yea, the blue color was intended to show that the cue was running, like an audio cue or a fading or waiting cue.
You need a color that shows the last fired cue..
