Plugins not showing up during plugin scan

There has been reports that some plugins don’t show up in the list after a plugin scan. Usually this has to do with folder structure. All of these cases where fixed by locating the plugin file in Explorer / Finder (In the folder it was installed) and then drag the file to the plugin manager window.
