    Hello,

I recently downloaded live professor 2 and been trying to setup my uad apollo interface to run all my plugins.

I double checked all my connections and read through the whole manual, but for some reason I can’t get any input into my chain. Using a DAW (Logic Pro X) everything works fine though.

At first I thought it would have to do something with the demo, which is why I finally even purchased a license. But even so, still no input whatsoever.

BTW: I’m using a macbook pro 2017 with macOS mojave.

    Thanks for your help!

    Oskar

    Hi Oskar

The UAD Apollo is known to work.

Are you able to get sound in to the chain by selecting the Built-in mic on the mac inside Audio & Midi Settings?

Also, make sure OSX has not blocked access to sound input for LiveProfessor:

    it is in System Settings:

    Hi Nikolai,

    thanks for your help.

I even get no input with the built in mic. And OSX is not blocking anything.

    Thanks,

    Till

    Hi

Do you see LiveProfessor in the list in the privacy settings?

The list does not show blocked apps, but apps that are allowed to use audio.

This is a new thing in Mojave.

if it is not in the list, could you please try this version and see if you get a popup message asking if it is OK to use the microphone (and other audio)
